steak salad



This afternoon I had two servings of leftover steak from last night and a box of organic arugula/spinach mix that needed to be eaten. I also promised my husband I would cook an actual meal (not soup and cheesy toast).

I used a variation of this recipe. Instead of everything it calls for (besides the steak) I used an arugula/spinach mix, fresh rasberries, feta cheese, toasted almonds, and a not so similar dressing involving apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sesame seeds, sugar, worcestire sauce and pepper. But it must have been delicious because Branden could. not. stop. eating. Either that or he was incredibly hungry.

    And about the spray paint... I for sure used 4 cans. But I also spray painted 2 trays too... so probably 3 1/2. Spray painting is such a pain!!!!

    P.S. Denver is only an 8 hour drive from SLC, so it is really close!
